ParaLines is a contemporary LED act focusing on a new approach to working with LED staffs that are often seen spinning or juggling in most of light shows. This act avoids the classical approach and focuses on using the light as the guide to movement.
It also puts a big focus on darkness therefore, a total or near-total darkness is necessary) and explores brand new ways of manipulating staffs, mixed with new ways of LED programming, creating unseen illusions.
This show is more suitable for indoors given the importance of darkness. It can be also performed as a site-specific performance - as a part of the act there are many decorative staffs that interact with the performer, that can be placed in ways matching each location, and even in various numbers. For its contemporary style, it’s also suitable for art galleries, exhibitions, and places where a regular lightshow or circus-themed acts aren’t suitable.
